Where Did I Go?

Your 5-Minute Self-Alignment Check-In

You just did something important—you took a moment to come back to YOU.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about getting curious about where you are, what you want, and where you may have stopped listening to your own voice.

Take your time with these questions. There are no right or wrong answers—just honest ones.

1. Where in my life do I feel most like myself right now?

2. Where in my life do I feel the least like myself?

3. Where am I saying yes when I really want to say no?

4. Where am I making choices based on what other people might think instead of what feels right for me?

5. What am I tolerating right now that I know doesn’t feel good to me anymore?

6. What do I want that I’ve been afraid, guilty, or uncomfortable admitting—even to myself?

7. If I stopped worrying about disappointing anyone else, what would I choose for myself right now?

Now take a look at your answers. What are they showing you?

Where have you been leaving yourself out of your own life?

And what would it look like to start choosing YOU again?

You don’t have to have all the answers today.

Sometimes alignment begins with simply being honest enough to notice where you’ve stopped choosing yourself.

So what happens next?

Coming back to yourself doesn’t happen all at once. It happens one choice at a time—when you start listening to yourself, trusting what you feel, honoring what you need, and choosing what feels right for you instead of what keeps everyone else comfortable.

This is the work I do with women every day.

I help women quiet the noise of everyone else’s expectations, reconnect with who they are and what they want, and build the confidence to make choices that actually feel like their own.

If something came up for you while answering these questions—something you’re ready to understand, change, or finally stop carrying—you don’t have to figure it out alone.
